Your address is used for one thing: sending you what is published here. It is never sold, never shared, and never given to the Association or to anyone on the Board. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click.
What you would get
- Findings — reporting drawn from the Association's own records: contracts, invoices, audited statements, minutes. Every figure cited to the document it came from.
- Meeting notes — what was noticed, what was decided, what was said, and what the minutes leave out.
- Guides — plain explanations of what owners are entitled to under Florida law and our own governing documents, updated when the law changes.
No more than that. There is no newsletter, no digest, no "thought of the week." When there is something documented worth reading, it goes out. When there isn't, nothing does.
About this publication
The Venetian Record is written and published by a unit owner who is also one of the five elected directors of the Association. It is not the Association's website, and it is not published, funded, reviewed or approved by the Association or its Board.
Reporting here cites the document it comes from. Where a figure appears, its source is named. Where something could not be verified, the page says so. Corrections are posted on the page they affect, dated, rather than made quietly.
Guides summarize Florida condominium law, DBPR guidance, and the Association's recorded governing documents. They are not legal advice, and the current statutes and recorded documents control.
